The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. José Maria Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guter Tobia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Kalle Billberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guter Tobia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Maria Goiano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Guter Tobia might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Maria Goiano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guter Tobia ran back to his position shaking his head. José Maria Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guter Tobia in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guter Tobia in the 17th minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper José Maria Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guter Tobia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Maria Goiano having to make a save. 21 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guter Tobia came free, but José Maria Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Maria Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guter Tobia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcial Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon-Egil Schjelderup in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of Aves Negras booed when Poetass FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thommy Maerschalks didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guter Tobia came free, but José Maria Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Aves Negras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Perico to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Witalis Brysz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poetass FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Witalis Brysz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Bakar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aves Negras's attentive Marten Descamps managed to snatch the ball when Nagoi De la Torre made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. Marcial Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witalis Brysz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aves Negras's Guter Tobia got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Witalis Brysz made the kick off in the second half. Marcial Bakar made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Kalle Billberg sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Poetass FC's Nagoi De la Torre got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56thth minute of the game Guter Tobia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guter Tobia in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Brysz in the 63rd minute of play forced Aves Negras's goalkeeper Marcial Bakar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Poetass FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Nagoi De la Torre hit a great ball. Tamer Yalçıner struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. José Maria Goiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aves Negras. Marcial Bakar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witalis Brysz's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute, Guter Tobia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Maria Goiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Aves Negras made a substitution. Horacio Matro replaced Tamer Yalçıner. Poetass FC's Cleiton Carioca was substituted for Witold Bronicki. Aves Negras's Efrain Artal was substituted for Guter Tobia. José Maria Goiano came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Aves Negras's Efrain Artal. But to his dismay, Efrain Artal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. José Maria Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Artal in the 79th minute of play. José Maria Goiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Artal, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Kalle Billbergs short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Marcial Bakar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. José Maria Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Artal in the 89th minute of play. Cezar Ciorogaru kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Kalle Billberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aves Negras were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Poetass FC for a fine match.
