ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save ATHLETICO PRaiano from getting a goal against them. Rodriguinho Sousa made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Nicanor Flores sent off a good shot on target. After 25 minutes ATHLETICO PRaiano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Isidoro Pacifico who took care of the corner kick. Alessio Borrelli was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Quebracho FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deilmison van Basten in the 30th minute of play forced Quebracho FC's goalkeeper Alexander Van Houdtvinck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alessio Borrelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodriguinho Sousa having to interfere. After 35 minutes of play, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Deilmison van Basten made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Van Houdtvinck was left in no man's land by his defense there! ATHLETICO PRaiano's attentive Vilhelm Skoog managed to snatch the ball when Jose Manuel Arias made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. Alexander Van Houdtvinck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deilmison van Basten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alessio Borrelli made a kick off. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alexander Van Houdtvinck firmly grabbed it by the left post. 70 minutes into the game, Quebracho FC's He Yi Yuan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodriguinho Sousa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After a rather tough play, Quebracho FC's Jose Manuel Arias got a free kick in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Quebracho FC's goalkeeper Alexander Van Houdtvinck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Deilmison van Basten. In the 76th minute, He Yi Yuan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quebracho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Alexander Van Houdtvinck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Quebracho FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Unax Mudarra was slow to take the kick. During this time ATHLETICO PRaiano's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Heitor Maldini got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alexander Van Houdtvinck quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Quebracho FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while ATHLETICO PRaiano had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
