The audience was convinced that Jairo Baraquiel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bennvar Noobel was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, Descamisados CF's Ricardo Bochini seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ricardo Bochini the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Descamisados CF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ricardo Bochini had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Descamisados CF! After a rather tough play, Descamisados CF's Alberto Sansone got a free kick in the 46th minute. Celestiales made a substitution. Isaias Laurin replaced Saverio Brion. In the 48th match minute, Descamisados CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Sansone to maneuver through the defense. The Celestiales fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Celestiales's Isaias Laurin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Eustaquio Eudoxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lawrence Lawless made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Eudoxio in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Millan in the 92nd minute of play forced Descamisados CF's goalkeeper Lawrence Lawless to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 played minutes Celestiales got a freekick which was hit by Manolo Sanchís. In the 94th minute, Adrian Txartiko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bennvar Noobel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Descamisados CF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
