With an all-out effort, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Serafin Ofelio threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Geraldo Bezerra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ferdi Bomba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Laureano Matia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Laureano Matia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdi Bomba in the 40th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
