After the first half Vykans Vikingar were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Mutumba made a kick off. The supporters of Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ booed when Vykans Vikingar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivo Tropchev made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Martin Mutumba sent off a good shot on target. Ivo Tropchev came out of the goal and Leonardo Trancoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas Lindqvist came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Sergio Cesaro. But to his dismay, Sergio Cesaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Ivo Tropchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 72nd minute of play. Ivo Tropchev was a little too slow when Bengt-Arne Haglund got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 2-3. Fulvio Terenzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Lindqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
