Jacinto Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Gallardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Adrogue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Stephen came free, but Franco Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herminio Stephen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franco Armani having to make a save. Franco Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Stephen in the 23rd minute of the match. Jacinto Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Gallardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Herminio Stephen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Franco Armani, 1-1. In the 40th minute of the match Adrogue FC got a corner. Olds School Pepo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ismael Abalos ran over to the corner to take the kick. With an all-out effort, Olds School Pepo's Franco Armani threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Herminio Stephen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Benigno Richie hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Adrogue FC's Benigno Richie got a free kick in the 50th minute. Adrogue FC's Franco Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 50th minute of the match, managed to save Adrogue FC from getting a goal against them.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Gallardo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match, Marcelo Gallardo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jacinto Nicholas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 77 minutes of play, Olds School Pepo's Herminio Stephen made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franco Armani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Franco Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Stephen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Nicholas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adrogue FC. The Adrogue FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Olds School Pepo from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
