David Rios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Silvestre Peli made a huge save. La Bichineta's Sun Yuan Zheng quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gunnar Björklund, made in the 21st minute of the game. A collision led to Carabata Groove getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Iisakki Hilden hit a great ball. Cristobal Goito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The La Bichineta supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing La Bichineta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
