Benicio Beliran showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 21 minutes into the match, Estación Q.'s Benicio Beliran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Selatse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Gabriel Silban got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Benicio Beliran fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Estación Q.'s Arif Nihat Yıldıray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Ivănescu in the 25th minute of play. Despidida AFC were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Estación Q.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emanuel Lucila took the corner. After 29 minutes, Phillip Hunt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estación Q. and the Despidida AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvaro Raymond replaced Emiliano Velasco. The supporters of Estación Q. booed when Despidida AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
