Lei Bin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin da Fonseca in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute of the match Pesqueira City got a corner. AFC United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ionuț Iniesta ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ni Yuan Zhen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lei Bin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Quintal in the 14th minute of play forced AFC United's goalkeeper Lei Bin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, AFC United's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Quintal came free, but Lei Bin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Fernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ken vrolix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Mădălin Lunca made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Pesqueira City's zone, Higinio Arraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mădălin Lunca came out of the goal and Higinio Arraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lei Bin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin da Fonseca in the 31st minute of the match. Fabian Hansson made in the 37th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Benjamin da Fonseca however managed to control. Lei Bin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Frunză, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Higinio Arraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Mădălin Lunca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

AFC United's attentive Ken vrolix managed to snatch the ball when Sakarias Fernkvist made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. In the 54th minute, Fabian Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AFC United's Faustino Asprilla was substituted for Şenel Volkan. AFC United's Lei Bin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião Quintal in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, AFC United's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin da Fonseca came free, but Lei Bin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Bilintx Trilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pesqueira City made a substitution. Doriva Zanette replaced Ignat Nozharov. After 69 played minutes AFC United got a freekick which was hit by Bilintx Trilla. After a defensive mix-up in Pesqueira City's zone, Andries De Putter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mădălin Lunca came out of the goal and Andries De Putter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
