The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Casomiro came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vladislav Sarafov kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Ursino Fuente struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Zbyszko Leper didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guadalupe FC - CIMZ. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ursino Fuente in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Casomiro came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ursino Fuente in the 12th minute of play forced BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Zbyszko Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicklas Lindström in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hieronim Gdowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in BYDGOSTIA's zone, José de Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbyszko Leper came out of the goal and José de Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to BYDGOSTIA getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Vladislav Sarafov hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Hieronim Gdowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olgierd Kowalski. In the 26th minute, José de Queirós ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zbyszko Leper was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico de Sousa in the 29th minute of play forced BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Zbyszko Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olgierd Kowalski kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Tatu Loco kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 37 played minutes Guadalupe FC - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ursino Fuente. José de Queirós took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbyszko Leper. Zbyszko Leper dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Cevher Özyuva fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's protests and gave Cevher Özyuva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 48th match minute, BYDGOSTIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Dalmai to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ursino Fuente in the 49th minute of play forced BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Zbyszko Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute Hugo Casomiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Leper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's Hieronim Gdowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgierd Kowalski in the 56th minute of play. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after BYDGOSTIA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ursino Fuente took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ursino Fuente got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zbyszko Leper quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 65th minute, Ursino Fuente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olgierd Kowalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hieronim Gdowski having to interfere. BYDGOSTIA's Fabio-Roman Cannavaro was substituted for Mariusz Warka. Zbyszko Leper made an important save on a dangerous shot by José de Queirós in the 75th minute. Sebastian Bochynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hieronim Gdowski having to interfere. Zbyszko Leper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Casomiro in the 84th minute of play. With a little luck, BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper got control of the ball when Chico de Sousa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hieronim Gdowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcin Prusinowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Marcin Prusinowski came free, but Hieronim Gdowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszko Leper made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Chico de Sousa sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patryk Zgonina in the 95th minute of play forced Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Hieronim Gdowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Guadalupe FC - CIMZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Guadalupe FC - CIMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
