The referee ignored Dzikie Węże i Herbata's protests and gave Lucjan Kiewra a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, Dzikie Węże i Herbata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Kiewra to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pipis Karapatakis in the 10th minute of play forced Dzikie Węże i Herbata's goalkeeper Bernard Labus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dzikie Węże i Herbata's zone, Pipis Karapatakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernard Labus came out of the goal and Pipis Karapatakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Dzikie Węże i Herbata defense, Pipis Karapatakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernard Labus. The Dzikie Węże i Herbata fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernard Labus should have stopped the shot. Bernard Labus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pipis Karapatakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernard Labus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pipis Karapatakis in the 20th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Pipis Karapatakis notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Dzikie Węże i Herbata's Bernard Labus. Bernard Labus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 29 minutes into the match, Dzikie Węże i Herbata's goal looked a bit too open when Pipis Karapatakis came free, but Bernard Labus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pipis Karapatakis scored 0-4 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernard Labus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Pipis Karapatakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernard Labus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. If Pipis Karapatakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Filiph Biörling came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Grêmio FBPA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiph Biörling couldn't finish the play. After 39 minutes of play, Grêmio FBPA's Pipis Karapatakis made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernard Labus was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Filiph Biörling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernard Labus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. 47 minutes into the game, Grêmio FBPA's Pipis Karapatakis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernard Labus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pipis Karapatakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bernard Labus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pipis Karapatakis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 56 minute of play. Filiph Biörling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute, Pipis Karapatakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pipis Karapatakis scored 0-12 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernard Labus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernard Labus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pipis Karapatakis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-13 in the 71 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Filiph Biörling took a quick shot and it went in 0-14 without a chance for Bernard Labus to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Pipis Karapatakis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernard Labus. That made the score 0-15 in the 79 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pipis Karapatakis got free with Bernard Labus in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the game, Pipis Karapatakis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernard Labus. Pipis Karapatakis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-16. If Pipis Karapatakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bernard Labus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pipis Karapatakis in the 90th minute. Pipis Karapatakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Pipis Karapatakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th match minute, Dzikie Węże i Herbata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymoteusz Kisiel to maneuver through the defense. 98 minutes into the game, Pipis Karapatakis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernard Labus. Pipis Karapatakis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-17.
