An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahattin Pektürk in the 17th minute of play forced Esbjerg fB's goalkeeper Donato Bordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC 68AKSARAY's Nofre Amorebieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Hvidegaard in the 18th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antal Simicska during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC 68AKSARAY's Antal Simicska got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Antal Simicska was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 21 minutes had been played. In the 22nd minute, Antal Simicska hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, FC 68AKSARAY's goalkeeper Nofre Amorebieta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Servet Turabi. Servet Turabis short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Nofre Amorebieta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute, Egil Springfält hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bahattin Pektürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Donato Bordon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Esbjerg fB getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Pelle Hvidegaard hit a great ball. Donato Bordon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oğuzhan Sarıaslan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Larsfält hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the game, FC 68AKSARAY's Oğuzhan Sarıaslan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Bordon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After a rather tough play, FC 68AKSARAY's Mehmet Akif Koytan got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Servet Turabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nofre Amorebieta having to interfere. A collision led to FC 68AKSARAY getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Nejat Ongar hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bahattin Pektürk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as FC 68AKSARAY's Oğuzhan Sarıaslan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Donato Bordon. That made the score 2-2 after 51 minutes of play. Esbjerg fB's Donato Bordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahattin Pektürk in the 54th minute of play. Donato Bordon came out of the goal and Bahattin Pektürk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esbjerg fB's Donato Bordon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Esbjerg fB from getting a goal against them. Donato Bordon made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Oğuzhan Sarıaslan sent off a good shot on target. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
