When Jastreb's Luka Mata, in the 6th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Jastreb. Luka Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the match, Jastreb's goalkeeper Navarro Montoya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Rozarius. Navarro Montoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Salgado in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Minas Makris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Vicente Marin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Navarro Montoya. Vicente Marin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 32 minutes into the match, Börje Forsberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celedonio Eguen. Matheu City FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Börje Forsberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 36 minutes into the match, Matheu City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luka Mata came free, but Celedonio Eguen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Miran Tudor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jastreb's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matheu City FC the free kick. After 39 played minutes Jastreb got a freekick which was hit by Miran Tudor. Navarro Montoya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Marin in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Jastreb's goalkeeper Navarro Montoya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robinho Salgado. Miran Tudor hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The Matheu City FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jastreb were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blas Rozarius was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Robinho Salgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celedonio Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Cantona in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute Blas Rozarius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robinho Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Navarro Montoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Navarro Montoya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Rozarius in the 64th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Bo Cantona could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Celedonio Eguen however easily saved by the left post. Eulalio Santio's late challenge caught a Jastreb's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eulalio Santio helped the player get up and apologised. Bo Ronaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matheu City FC's Celedonio Eguen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börje Forsberg in the 81st minute of play. Börje Forsberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Celedonio Eguen could save by the left post. In the 89th minute, Rikard Kulaš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Navarro Montoya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Minas Makris, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. A hard shot 97 in the game by Bo Ronaldo from a close distance when the talented Celedonio Eguen managed to make a qualified save. Matheu City FC's players were relieved. The Matheu City FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jastreb were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
