Renaud Van de Put kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. It was a well-played corner which Vahur Nirk managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Waldemar Pawlik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalju Palk, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Waldemar Pawlik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 18th minute of play. Waldemar Pawlik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tõnis Kaldvee got free with Heigo Mustkivi in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Grimório's Waldemar Pawlik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to Grimório getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Alo Ülipikk hit a great ball. Waldemar Pawlik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghiţă Hagi in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mugurel Chiriloaie made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Gheorghiţă Hagi could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Waldemar Pawlik however easily saved by the left post. 60 minutes into the match, Grimório's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gheorghiţă Hagi. 62 minutes into the match, Grimório's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Chiriloaie came free, but Waldemar Pawlik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalju Palk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Waldemar Pawlik made a huge save. Waldemar Pawlik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kalju Palk in the 66th minute. In the 86th minute of the match Kusti Jaas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Heigo Mustkivi skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Tapa Athlétic™ defense, Tõnis Kaldvee kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Heigo Mustkivi. The Tapa Athlétic™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Heigo Mustkivi should have stopped the shot. Grimório's Waldemar Pawlik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Grimório from getting a goal against them. 91 minutes into the match, Grimório's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gheorghiţă Hagi. Tõnis Kaldvee kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eedi Viksi in the 94th minute of play forced Grimório's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Tapa Athlétic™ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Grimório.
