Tibor Pálffy was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Zbigniew Trela capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zbigniew Trela really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Tibor Pálffy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Efrain Figueroa's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Haljala's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Maurinho Braga was slow to take the kick. During this time Jk Tammeka 90's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Jk Tammeka 90's Maurinho Braga to fire away a dangerous shot which Tibor Pálffy despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 27 played minutes Haljala got a freekick which was hit by Alo Eenmäe. Tibor Pálffy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Braga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Jk Tammeka 90 booed when Haljala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Härmo Vides didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes Haljala got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Lilleväli. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Üllar Veski in the 98th minute of play forced Haljala's goalkeeper Tibor Pálffy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jk Tammeka 90 fully deserved thier win.
