FC GeiZ's Taaniel Haljasorg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kalmer Lips in the 25th minute of play. Keijo Nuut kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Roomet Mari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Taaniel Haljasorg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kalmer Lips, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Vardi JK's Kalmer Lips got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After 44 played minutes FC GeiZ got a freekick which was hit by Mario Paadam. Vardi JK's Kalmer Lips managed to work through FC GeiZ's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Kalmer Lips dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 51 minutes, Keijo Nuut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vardi JK and the FC GeiZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC GeiZ booed when Vardi JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keijo Nuut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keijo Nuut hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute Kalmer Lips shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taaniel Haljasorg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Kalmer Lips made a precise shot to the right of Taaniel Haljasorg. FC GeiZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 69 minutes of play Vardi JK's Keijo Nuut was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After having played for 77 minutes, Kunnar Haas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vardi JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kunnar Haas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vardi JK's Argo Aug was substituted for Gabriel Riis. Rauno Aasamaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Arne Noor in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vardi JK's Roomet Mari. In the 89th minute, Ain Saidla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 minutes, Kalmer Lips mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vardi JK and the FC GeiZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kalmer Lips hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
