Päiviö Möksy charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Päiviö Möksy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Kaunispe Spordiklubi's Päiviö Möksy got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Rein Tamberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Siim Pärtel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Endel Vanamets took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Siim Pärtel. Siim Pärtel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. In the 82nd match minute, Valga 1860 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Koop to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Kaunispe Spordiklubi's goal looked a bit too open when Rait Aruniit came free, but Siim Pärtel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Rait Aruniit kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Siim Pärtel. That made the score 0-10 in the 85 minute of play. A collision led to Kaunispe Spordiklubi getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Marek Trepp hit a great ball. If Rein Tamberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Kaunispe Spordiklubi's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Koop came free, but Siim Pärtel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Siim Pärtel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rait Aruniit in the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Valga 1860 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kaunispe Spordiklubi throughout the match.
