The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in ManagerZone Crew's zone, Xurxo Canal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Armstrong came out of the goal and Xurxo Canal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When FC CHIVA's Celso Rivas in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Rivas in the 52nd minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC CHIVA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Linkhorst was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1.
