Atahan Balon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bolo Bolaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24thth minute of the game Bolo Bolaño who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Muchachos del 86's Atahan Balon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Jérémie Boix lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Hugo Orlando Gatti. Jérémie Boix in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atahan Balon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bolo Bolaño stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Consejo del Mate's zone, Luka Ljubenković stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal and Luka Ljubenković tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luka Ljubenković charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luka Ljubenković the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Los Muchachos del 86 getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Luka Ljubenković hit a great ball. If Peyo Fonelleda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 67th minute Bolo Bolaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atahan Balon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Peruanton hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Danilo Gomesano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Atahan Balon firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jérémie Boix in the 70th minute of play. The corner ended in Cristian Urtzi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti did a great save. Danilo Gomesano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After taking down the ball on Consejo del Mate's corner Štefan Hlavica fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Atahan Balon quite easily take care of the ball. When Los Muchachos del 86's Efrain Jacob in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Consejo del Mate's goalie prevented a goal. After 94 minutes Consejo del Mate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristian Urtzi who took care of the corner kick. When Babbis Boukouvalas fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Muchachos del 86's protests and gave Babbis Boukouvalas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, Los Muchachos del 86 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Babbis Boukouvalas to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Consejo del Mate players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Los Muchachos del 86.
