The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atahan Balon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aybek Orcun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Atahan Balon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atahan Balon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Linus Fredriksson in the 14th minute of the match. Marlin FC's Juan Carlos Alvarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luka Ljubenković in the 16th minute of play. Asiz Soon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Juan Carlos Alvarez made a huge save. The coaching staff of Marlin FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Melchor Oidor had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 45th match minute, Marlin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melchor Oidor to maneuver through the defense. Los Muchachos del 86's Cristian Urtzi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Marlin FC.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luka Ljubenković was the one to do the kick off. Juan Carlos Alvarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luka Ljubenković in the 51st minute of the match. Flavio Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Linus Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Linus Fredriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Carlos Alvarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luka Ljubenković in the 58th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Los Muchachos del 86 got a freekick which was hit by Babbis Boukouvalas. In the 60th minute, Ismael Iglesias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atahan Balon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Rana in the 62nd minute of play. Juan Carlos Alvarez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asiz Soon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, Luka Ljubenković got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Marlin FC's Linus Fredriksson in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Muchachos del 86's goalie prevented a goal. Linus Fredriksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Atahan Balon made a huge save. Marlin FC's Juan Carlos Alvarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luka Ljubenković in the 75th minute of play. Linus Fredriksson struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Atahan Balon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marlin FC. Los Muchachos del 86 made a substitution. Sander Tielemans replaced Asiz Soon. Linus Fredrikssons short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Atahan Balon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 94th minute Efrain Jacob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Carlos Alvarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
