When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Ismael Jerrold put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pontus Nordström. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Santa Margarita from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Igon in the 94th minute of play forced Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Pontus Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Icardi charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
