ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fortunato Froněk in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Fortunato Froněk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alzaga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Branislav Velchevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Tesone in the 8th minute of play. Branislav Velchevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Tesone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fortunato Froněk in the 14th minute of play. After 17 played minutes ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Basualdo. Branislav Velchevski came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Alzaga FC's Nestor Tesone. But to his dismay, Nestor Tesone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fortunato Froněk scored 0-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Branislav Velchevski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alzaga FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nestor Tesone in the 26th minute. The corner led Alzaga FC's Nestor Tesone to fire away a dangerous shot which Branislav Velchevski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Branislav Velchevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Tesone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Tesone in the 34th minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alzaga FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nestor Tesone took the corner. The corner led Alzaga FC's Nestor Tesone to fire away a dangerous shot which Branislav Velchevski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Branislav Velchevski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fortunato Froněk, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrián Czornomaz in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Branislav Velchevski saved ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting behind. Branislav Velchevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Froněk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Alzaga FC's Nestor Tesone in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Arnaldo Gabon got a free kick in the 57th minute. Arnaldo Gabon hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Nestor Tesone took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Branislav Velchevski. Branislav Velchevski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrián Czornomaz in the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Adrián Czornomaz notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski. Branislav Velchevski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alzaga FC made a substitution. Jose Murillo replaced Nestor Tesone. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jose Murillo in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Branislav Velchevski saved ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting behind. In the 78th minute, Everardo Cordarell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Garrincha in the 86th minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting a goal against them. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Garrincha in the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Murillo in the 94th minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 played minutes Jose Murillo could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-7 into the left cross. Alzaga FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
