With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dan Wennerqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes into the match, PLASNIKE's Mutu Surdu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dan Wennerqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Soroca F.C. defense, Silverio Huly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dan Wennerqvist. The Soroca F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dan Wennerqvist should have stopped the shot. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Huly in the 26th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Soroca F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
