Kimetz Pejuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Dalmau, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 46th minute Dimitri Verhelst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Jajko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kimetz Pejuan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the match, Dimitri Verhelst notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Tottenham Hotspurs's Teobald Jajko. Teobald Jajko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Shadwell Town FC's goalkeeper Kimetz Pejuan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teobald Jajko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel de Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the game, Ştefan Trifu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tottenham Hotspurs had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
