An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Misiewicz in the 5th minute of play forced CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's goalkeeper Erubiel Frans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erubiel Frans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mai Jian Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 16th minute Mai Jian Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erubiel Frans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mai Jian Xi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Ernesto Cirelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Moises Hodei from long distance, 20 minutes into the match, got Artur Boruc's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Erubiel Frans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mai Jian Xi in the 21st minute of play. Artur Boruc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferdinando Michelini in the 23rd minute. Markowy Team's Artur Boruc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Markowy Team from getting a goal against them. After 39 minutes, Luisito Bernad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ and the Markowy Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute Mai Jian Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match Markowy Team got a corner. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaroslaw Rasimowicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Markowy Team's Jaroslaw Rasimowicz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Erubiel Frans in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Markowy Team's Artur Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinando Michelini in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mai Jian Xi was the one to do the kick off. If Ermegildo Haritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Hodei in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Boruc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 58 minutes into the match, CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Mai Jian Xi came free, but Erubiel Frans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Mai Jian Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Erubiel Frans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zula Misiewicz in the 61st minute of play. In the 69th match minute, CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Xacintu to maneuver through the defense. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Erubiel Frans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mai Jian Xi in the 70th minute of play. Artur Boruc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferdinando Michelini went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Rolando Shepherd was substituted for Santos Jaume. In the 81st minute CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ were awarded a corner. Moises Hodei went to the cornerflag to take it. With a little luck, CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Erubiel Frans got control of the ball when Zula Misiewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Hodei in the 84th minute of play forced Markowy Team's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erubiel Frans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mai Jian Xi in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute Markowy Team were awarded a corner. Jaroslaw Rasimowicz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Markowy Team's Carlos Alcaraz to fire away a dangerous shot which Erubiel Frans despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Carlos Alcaraz struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Erubiel Frans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Markowy Team. In the 91st minute, Mai Jian Xi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Markowy Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The supporters of CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ booed when Markowy Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yu Yong Mo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Markowy Team supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Markowy Team would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
