The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Dragonf⮊rcE's Barry Houghton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Villiam Askelöf. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. 6 minutes into the match, Dragonf⮊rcE's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Totti came free, but Comunardo Guerrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dragonf⮊rcE's Comunardo Guerrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Totti in the 8th minute of play. Peder Sundberg got a throw-in 11 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ramon Totti. With a little luck, Woopbongo's Villiam Askelöf got control of the ball when Barry Houghton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramon Totti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Comunardo Guerrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game was made by Mats Gerdberg with João Pedro Paranaense as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Gabin Lièvin got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ramon Totti. The crowd rose to their feet as Dragonf⮊rcE's Barry Houghton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Villiam Askelöf. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. 34 minutes into the game, Barry Houghton recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Villiam Askelöf. Barry Houghton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Woopbongo's Gabin Lièvin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Afonso Quadros, made in the 39th minute of the game. In the 39th match minute, Woopbongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabin Lièvin to maneuver through the defense. Barry Houghton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Villiam Askelöf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute of the match Dragonf⮊rcE got a corner. Woopbongo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bruno Fernandes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Dragonf⮊rcE's Herman Dresselbjerg getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Woopbongo's Lars Vik was substituted for Robert Onofrei. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Barry Houghton to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Barry Houghton sped through Woopbongo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Villiam Askelöf. Gabin Lièvin hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Barry Houghton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Villiam Askelöf having to make a save. Villiam Askelöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry Houghton in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Woopbongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krzysztof Liberko to maneuver through the defense. Dragonf⮊rcE made a substitution. Ludo Tobbackers replaced Pedro Pauleta. Krzysztof Liberko hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. A collision led to Woopbongo getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. João Pedro Paranaense hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Dragonf⮊rcE's Barry Houghton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Villiam Askelöf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Villiam Askelöf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry Houghton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lars Vik got free with Comunardo Guerrini in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Woopbongo's goal looked a bit too open when Barry Houghton came free, but Villiam Askelöf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Barry Houghton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Villiam Askelöf. Woopbongo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barry Houghton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 90th minute, Karin Benzema ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Villiam Askelöf was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. When the referee ended the match the Dragonf⮊rcE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
