The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anton Parov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 钱迪斐 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. The supporters of Pharos Alexandria F.C. booed when FC GAZprom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noah Gessen didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC GAZprom's Xie Cheng Xiao got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Philipp Mielich got free with Anton Parov in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 18 minutes, Xie Cheng Xiao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC GAZprom's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xie Cheng Xiao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebald Biermann came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC GAZprom's Sofoklis Siamantouras. But to his dismay, Sofoklis Siamantouras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Xie Cheng Xiao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC GAZprom were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Pharos Alexandria F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Miron Kalashnikov took the corner. The corner led FC GAZprom's Miron Kalashnikov to fire away a dangerous shot which Sebald Biermann despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Amerigo Egger recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anton Parov. Amerigo Egger showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Anton Parov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philipp Mielich in the 51st minute of the match. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pharos Alexandria F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Miron Kalashnikov was slow to take the kick. During this time FC GAZprom's players had a chance to rest. Anton Parov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 楚益寒, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Xie Cheng Xiao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebald Biermann having to interfere. A collision led to FC GAZprom getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Noah Gessen hit a great ball. Pharos Alexandria F.C.'s Falcão Vianna was substituted for Philipp Mielich. FC GAZprom made a substitution. Maksim Lobanovskiy replaced Diego Salvagnin. In the 76th minute, Miron Kalashnikov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pharos Alexandria F.C. made a substitution. Raphael Klomfaß replaced Hitzeder Benito. Pharos Alexandria F.C.'s Falcão Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xie Cheng Xiao who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Sebald Biermann when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Pharos Alexandria F.C.'s Amerigo Egger in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC GAZprom's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marlon Koppermann in the 85th minute of play forced FC GAZprom's goalkeeper Anton Parov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebald Biermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xie Cheng Xiao in the 86th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Pharos Alexandria F.C. got a freekick which was hit by 许奕广. In the 93rd minute, Sofoklis Siamantouras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC GAZprom's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
