With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Casillas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 9 played minutes Radiohead Freaks Club got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Malheiro. Thom Threepwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Bergman in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Iker Casillas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Radiohead Freaks Club's Jairo Malheiro in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Iker Casillas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thom Threepwood was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The corner led Radiohead Freaks Club's Noe Seedorf to fire away a dangerous shot which Iker Casillas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Iker Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Jairo Malheiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Iker Casillas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gazanfer Kelim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kendall Roy during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Villa Gordiani booed when Radiohead Freaks Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kendall Roy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villa Gordiani's Lia Marquez was substituted for Arrigo Marrone. A collision led to Radiohead Freaks Club getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Kendall Roy hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

After some careless play in the Villa Gordiani defense, Cayo Mario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iker Casillas. The Villa Gordiani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iker Casillas should have stopped the shot. If Cayo Mario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iker Casillas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayo Mario, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When Jens-Ola Åkerström came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Radiohead Freaks Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Ola Åkerström couldn't finish the play. Cayo Mario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Casillas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute of the game Amos Ruggeri made a throw-in which Amos Ruggeri played forward. Radiohead Freaks Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Villa Gordiani for a fine match.
