In the 40th match minute, Manisa United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göran Lind to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Yulian Kichukov took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Bülent Turay to make any attempt to save it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The corner ended in Yulian Kichukov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Manisa United's Bülent Turay did a great save. In the 63rd match minute, FC Nordsjælland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Nygren to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Jeppe Tverskov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Nordsjælland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. When Charly Uchiha came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Manisa United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charly Uchiha couldn't finish the play. After 93 minutes of play, FC Nordsjælland's Dimitar Berbatov made it 9-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bülent Turay was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Nordsjælland walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
