When Schmeissen FC's Eddie Tinglöf in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palermo's goalie prevented a goal. Anacleto Itzaina made in the 9th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Maximino Gonzalez. Jarl Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 18 played minutes Schmeissen FC got a freekick which was hit by Axel Sandberg. Jarl Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Bonelli in the 19th minute of play. Jarl Gunnarsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnoldo Medina in the 23rd minute. Jan-Åke Gustavsson kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Alfredo Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddie Tinglöf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calle Målare hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Tinglöf in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute Schmeissen FC were awarded a corner. Jens Apelkvist went to the cornerflag to take it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Mino to make the kick off. Jarl Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Medina in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Calle Målare ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Joey was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Calle Målare made in the 57th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eddie Tinglöf however managed to control. If Calle Målare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Schmeissen FC's Eddie Tinglöf was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Alfredo Joey was a little too slow when Urban Kellberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-3. Jarl Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Bonelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Mino in the 84th minute of play forced Schmeissen FC's goalkeeper Jarl Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Tinglöf came free, but Alfredo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Joey made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Urban Kellberg sent off a good shot on target. Maximino Gonzalez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jarl Gunnarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Palermo's Sven-Arne Olsson got a free kick in the 95th minute. Although Palermo had been in control for most of the match, Schmeissen FC still came away with the win.
