Teodelina FC's Nunez Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Uzuri in the 12th minute of play. If Ciriaco Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Amapola's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marnix Harmannus. After taking down the ball on Teodelina FC's corner Rodolfo Arruabarrena fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hugo Orlando Gatti quite easily take care of the ball. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Marnix Harmannus sent off a good shot on target. Teodelina FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rodolfo Arruabarrena in the 24th minute. The corner led Teodelina FC's Rodolfo Arruabarrena to fire away a dangerous shot which Hugo Orlando Gatti despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Amapola getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Clemente Faron hit a great ball. When Rodolfo Arruabarrena came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Teodelina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Arruabarrena couldn't finish the play. Marnix Harmannus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Hugo Orlando Gatti made a huge save. Amapola's Hugo Orlando Gatti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Amapola from getting a goal against them. The Teodelina FC fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Teodelina FC's Marnix Harmannus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marnix Harmannus made a kick off. Marnix Harmannus might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Orlando Gatti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marnix Harmannus ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 51st minute Marnix Harmannus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 52 minutes, Ubaldo Uzuri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amapola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubaldo Uzuri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernando Hermon kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Amapola's Lautaro Martínez Gullotta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nunez Peli. Nunez Peli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Teodelina FC made a substitution. Oscar Mas replaced Fernando Hermon. Teodelina FC made a substitution. Sixto Eate replaced Mariusz Zuraw. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marnix Harmannus in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Teodelina FC were awarded a corner. Rodolfo Arruabarrena went to the cornerflag to take it. Teodelina FC's Nunez Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Uzuri in the 63rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Martínez Gullotta got free with Nunez Peli in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 69 played minutes Amapola got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Pio. Hugo Orlando Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marnix Harmannus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Esdras in the 74th minute of the match. Amapola's Fidel Froila was substituted for Lautaro Martínez Gullotta. Teodelina FC's Rodolfo Arruabarrena was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Eate in the 81st minute of play forced Amapola's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marnix Harmannus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Orlando Gatti having to make a save. 85 minutes into the match, Amapola's goal looked a bit too open when Marnix Harmannus came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Segio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Oscar Mas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute, Marnix Harmannus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fidel Froila scored 1-3 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nunez Peli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Teodelina FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Amapola were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
