Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leonardo Barros started the match with the kick off. Domingo Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Gilvan Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damaso Rivas kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Vilar in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilvan Sanches prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute of the match El Canalla de Chicago got a corner. Green Squad FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claude Mueller ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde got control of the ball when Ulisses Antunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joaquim Vilar took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilvan Sanches. Gilvan Sanches dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a little luck, El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde got control of the ball when Leonardo Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute Joaquim Vilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilvan Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilvan Sanches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute of the match, Leonardo Barros got a very nice opportunity to score, but Wilbur Hyde was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Vilar in the 36th minute of play. If Joaquim Vilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute Joaquim Vilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilvan Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Green Squad FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Canalla de Chicago were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Joaquim Vilar made the kick off in the second half. Gilvan Sanches made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Joaquim Vilar sent off a good shot on target. 52 minutes into the match, Leonardo Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilbur Hyde. El Canalla de Chicago's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonardo Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 62 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Barros came free, but Wilbur Hyde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingo Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Gilvan Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Canalla de Chicago made a substitution. Cary Ackerman replaced Andreas Sanchez. El Canalla de Chicago's Armando Leobardo was substituted for Claude Mueller. In the 68th minute Tadeu Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilbur Hyde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Joaquim Vilar came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the El Canalla de Chicago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquim Vilar couldn't finish the play. Justin Raines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Green Squad FC's Lucas Silva got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the game, Joaquim Vilar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilvan Sanches. Joaquim Vilar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. With a little luck, Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches got control of the ball when Domingo Lopez tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Joaquim Vilar took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Gilvan Sanches to make any attempt to save it. Justin Raines in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gilvan Sanches, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 92 minutes Green Squad FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joaquim Vilar who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Joaquim Vilar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilvan Sanches quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Wilbur Hyde came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Green Squad FC's Ulisses Antunes. But to his dismay, Ulisses Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
