Dragoş Coporan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Alessandro Mello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Francisc Ciocoiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alessandro Mello was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Tristán Suárez FC's zone, Viorel Gurzău stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alessandro Mello came out of the goal and Viorel Gurzău tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luca Pancu took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alessandro Mello. Alessandro Mello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 26th minute Sorin Cupșa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Tristán Suárez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sorin Cupșa came free, but Alessandro Mello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tristán Suárez FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luca Pancu was slow to take the kick. During this time F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's players had a chance to rest. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Francisc Ciocoiu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alessandro Mello in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Viorel Gurzău put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Alessandro Mello. 35 minutes into the match, Tristán Suárez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dragoş Coporan came free, but Alessandro Mello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, George Vârșan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tristán Suárez FC the free kick. Alessandro Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sorin Cupșa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Pancu in the 40th minute of play forced Tristán Suárez FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Mello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alessandro Mello came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Dragoş Coporan. But to his dismay, Dragoş Coporan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. A collision led to Tristán Suárez FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Atilano George hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Santos Borré made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Francisc Ciocoiu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alessandro Mello. The goal made the score 0-5. Tristán Suárez FC's Alessandro Mello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Pancu in the 56th minute of play. Pechz Uga's late challenge caught a F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pechz Uga helped the player get up and apologised. Pechz Uga kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Tristán Suárez FC made a substitution. Alvin Kilström replaced Esteve Petri. In the 67th match minute, Tristán Suárez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Flores to maneuver through the defense. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in F.C CLUJ MEDICINA reached it. Alessandro Mello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisc Ciocoiu went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Tristán Suárez FC's zone, Francisc Ciocoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alessandro Mello came out of the goal and Francisc Ciocoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over F.C CLUJ MEDICINA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tristán Suárez FC throughout the match.
