Shannon Rutherford struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Manasseh Adejuyigbe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Swineford Utd. Shannon Rutherford might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manasseh Adejuyigbe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shannon Rutherford ran back to his position shaking his head. Timothy Ismaila Taiwo charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timothy Ismaila Taiwo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Timothy Ismaila Taiwo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Bec Palmer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ndidi Ikani in the 22nd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Nkadi Akinrolabu in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Swineford Utd's Cáirbre Dimson. Shannon Rutherford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manasseh Adejuyigbe having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Tory McMichel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Langston Eziaghighala took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bec Palmer to make any attempt to save it. Shannon Rutherford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Swineford Utd getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Tory McMichel hit a great ball. Manasseh Adejuyigbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shannon Rutherford in the 43rd minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Shannon Rutherford made a kick off. If Shannon Rutherford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute of the match, Shannon Rutherford tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manasseh Adejuyigbe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Shannon Rutherford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Manasseh Adejuyigbe made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Tollesbury's zone, Shannon Rutherford stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manasseh Adejuyigbe came out of the goal and Shannon Rutherford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shannon Rutherford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Manasseh Adejuyigbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tollesbury booed when Swineford Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Perth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Swineford Utd's Bec Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emelogu Mutawalle in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute, Tory McMichel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shannon Rutherford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manasseh Adejuyigbe having to interfere. In the 96th match minute, Swineford Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tory McMichel to maneuver through the defense. Tollesbury were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Swineford Utd for a fine match.
