Eugeniusz Maruda started the match with the kick off. Polonia Tarnów's Gael Kirac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olakunle Udoka in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Polonia Tarnów's Dawid Buda got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute, Rafal Hejza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes of play, Polonia Tarnów's Eugeniusz Maruda made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manasseh Adejuyigbe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lech Pasterski scored 2-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manasseh Adejuyigbe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Polonia Tarnów were furious when Rafal Hejza was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Ndidi Ikani scored 2-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gael Kirac, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernard Mindykowski was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Polonia Tarnów's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jakub Konieczny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Manasseh Adejuyigbe made a huge save. The supporters of Polonia Tarnów booed when Tollesbury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olakunle Udoka didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd match minute, Polonia Tarnów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Czerner to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Polonia Tarnów's goal looked a bit too open when Langston Eziaghighala came free, but Gael Kirac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olakunle Udoka hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ndidi Ikani made a kick off. Bernard Mindykowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Olakunle Udoka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Langston Eziaghighala in the 73rd minute of play forced Polonia Tarnów's goalkeeper Gael Kirac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Bernard Mindykowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manasseh Adejuyigbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Polonia Tarnów's Bernard Mindykowski got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Bernard Mindykowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manasseh Adejuyigbe. Tollesbury's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernard Mindykowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 90 minutes of play, Polonia Tarnów's Bernard Mindykowski made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manasseh Adejuyigbe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bogdan Gdaniec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernard Mindykowski scored 5-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manasseh Adejuyigbe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Polonia Tarnów had played much better football throughout.
