An unexpectedly hard shot by 梅彬帆 in the 15th minute of play forced Polonia Tarnów's goalkeeper Tytus Dlugi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernard Mindykowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 毛帆斌 having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Bogdan Gdaniec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polonia Tarnów's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogdan Gdaniec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 毛帆斌 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind 广西钦州猎鹰联队's goalkeeper 毛帆斌, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
