An unexpectedly hard shot by Howard Grieve in the 23rd minute of play forced Sarikamis FK's goalkeeper Sezen Ulusu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sabastian Mackney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zekeriya Erkılıç, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alphan Çiftçibaşı in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sabastian Mackney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alphan Çiftçibaşı might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sabastian Mackney. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alphan Çiftçibaşı ran back to his position shaking his head. Sabastian Mackney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alphan Çiftçibaşı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tarraginnie booed when Sarikamis FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enginalp Bucuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Brendon Thorne in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sarikamis FK's Eşref Benli. Sarikamis FK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
