Quiróz Frecha was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 32 minutes into the match. A collision led to Udc proactive fc getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Quiróz Frecha hit a great ball. Xever Gilavert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Aguilera in the 35th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Silverio Ekialde notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Udc proactive fc's Xever Gilavert. Xever Gilavert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th minute, Hermengildo Aguilera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xever Gilavert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 47th minute Silverio Ekialde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xever Gilavert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Estudiantes FC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Udc proactive fc's zone, Donato Pudes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xever Gilavert came out of the goal and Donato Pudes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Hermengildo Aguilera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xever Gilavert. That made the score 1-6 in the 53 minute of play. Hermengildo Aguilera struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Xever Gilavert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estudiantes FC. If Vladimiro Elguero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Eliseo Delfino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xever Gilavert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-8. Xever Gilavert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Aguilera, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a little luck, Udc proactive fc's Xever Gilavert got control of the ball when Eliseo Delfino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vladimiro Elguero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Geleberto having to interfere. Xever Gilavert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Aguilera in the 80th minute of play. Udc proactive fc's Xever Gilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Aguilera in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Estudiantes FC's Astor Brais ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xever Gilavert. Xever Gilavert yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. Xever Gilavert made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Donato Pudes sent off a good shot on target. Xever Gilavert was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hermengildo Aguilera showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-10 in the 93 minute of play.
