Joinville City - FSCMZ's Haji Sarap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Haji Sarap had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso da Cunha. 14 minutes into the match, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Geovanildo Luis came free, but Ludomil Ziomkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Geovanildo Luis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ludomil Ziomkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Haji Sarap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein in the 16th minute of play. When Joinville City - FSCMZ's Geovanildo Luis in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Joinville City - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Henrique Camargo in the 22nd minute. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Haji Sarap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein in the 24th minute of play. Afonso da Cunha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haji Sarap having to make a save. Afonso da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Haji Sarap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes of play, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haji Sarap was left in no man's land by his defense there! Haji Sarap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 47th minute Geovanildo Luis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Afonso da Cunha made the kick off in the second half. Haji Sarap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein in the 51st minute of the match. Haji Sarap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Liviu Terzian got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Haji Sarap quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Haji Sarap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein in the 54th minute of play. Geovanildo Luis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ludomil Ziomkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geovanildo Luis in the 59th minute. A nice corner shot did that Karsten Ulbak got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ludomil Ziomkowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Haji Sarap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute Geovanildo Luis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Ludomil Ziomkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. After 70 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Camargo. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ made a substitution. Zhou Wei Fan replaced Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein. Joinville City - FSCMZ made a substitution. Adhemar Santos replaced Bernardino Llorenc. After a rather tough play, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Henrique Camargo got a free kick in the 71st minute. With an all-out effort, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Ludomil Ziomkowski threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adhemar Santos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 81st match minute, Joinville City - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Pogba to maneuver through the defense. Haji Sarap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
