Thomás Toscano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Sousa hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Sousa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daniel Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 55 played minutes Mukifus FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Thiago Hudson. Capibaribe Stars made a substitution. Henry Costa replaced Jairo Neto. After a rather tough play, Mukifus FSCMZ's Ben Zynek got a free kick in the 69th minute. Mukifus FSCMZ's Fulgencio Furman was substituted for Ignacy Pluciennik. With a little luck, Mukifus FSCMZ's Rômulo Neiva got control of the ball when Hicham Al Azka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robinho Urbano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. In the 92nd minute Jozef Botto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Capibaribe Stars defense, Jozef Botto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomás Toscano. Mukifus FSCMZ succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Capibaribe Stars had controlled the match.
