A collision led to Ogro F.C. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Alex Van Halen hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Lenílson Nascimento shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alysson Rezende came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in OTTO FC - FSCMZ reached it. Tanek Poreda kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Lenílson Nascimento shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alysson Rezende came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. After some careless play in the OTTO FC - FSCMZ defense, Igor Cavalera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romulo Viator. The OTTO FC - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romulo Viator should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Cavalera in the 30th minute of play forced OTTO FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Romulo Viator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Cavalera might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romulo Viator. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Cavalera ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Cavalera came free, but Romulo Viator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ogro F.C. booed when OTTO FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lenílson Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romulo Viator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Cavalera in the 35th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Igor Cavalera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romulo Viator. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Cavalera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Romulo Viator came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Ogro F.C.'s Igor Cavalera. But to his dismay, Igor Cavalera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Igor Cavalera made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s Igor Cavalera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romulo Viator narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dan Zimmermann might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romulo Viator. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dan Zimmermann ran back to his position shaking his head. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Romulo Viator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Cavalera in the 59th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Su Shu Zhen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alysson Rezende was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Su Shu Zhen put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Alysson Rezende. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Cavalera got free with Romulo Viator in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Romulo Viator proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save OTTO FC - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Ogro F.C. made a substitution. Mike Mangini replaced Dan Zimmermann. In the 77th minute Ogro F.C. were awarded a corner. Jerônimo Vergílio went to the cornerflag to take it. The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Cavalera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romulo Viator. That made the score 1-5 in the 86 minute of play. Ogro F.C.'s Marco Minnemann was substituted for Igor Cavalera. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardinho Mesquita during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Ricardinho Mesquita got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Marco Minnemann took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Romulo Viator to make any attempt to save it.
