Alysson Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elberg As, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 27 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Guilherme Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Cavalera. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Cavalera in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guilherme Catarinense saved Joinville United - FSCMZ from getting behind. When Ogro F.C.'s Igor Cavalera in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Lara in the 38th minute of play forced Ogro F.C.'s goalkeeper Alysson Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Joinville United - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Alesandro Coutinho went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Xie Ying Cheng managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 47th match minute, Joinville United - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xie Ying Cheng to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Jacek Krzynowek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Guilherme Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Minnemann in the 96th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
