Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lauro Moreira in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fortunato Sangermano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Serafin Eate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Rinaldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Fortunato Sangermano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman Arvidsson in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Herta Budino's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Moreira came free, but Fortunato Sangermano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match, Davide Rinaldi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Serafin Eate saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 24 minutes Club Atletico Chusca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fábio Grosso who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Fábio Grosso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Serafin Eate quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 30th minute, Herman Arvidsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lauro Moreira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fortunato Sangermano having to make a save. Fortunato Sangermano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauro Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 41st minute, Lauro Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Serafin Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davide Rinaldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lauro Moreira was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Herta Budino's Fortunato Sangermano got control of the ball when Lauro Moreira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute Davide Rinaldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herta Budino's attentive Liu Ying Qing managed to snatch the ball when Neno Lehchanski made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. Liu Ying Qing kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Club Atletico Chusca were awarded a corner. Herman Arvidsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Herman Arvidsson made a great header on Club Atletico Chusca's corner, it was just that Herta Budino's Fortunato Sangermano managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 70th minute, Lauro Moreira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fortunato Sangermano. The goal made the score 0-1. Club Atletico Chusca's Baldomero Montae was substituted for Herman Arvidsson. Club Atletico Chusca made a substitution. Boris Glanselius replaced Lauro Moreira. Boris Glanselius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Fortunato Sangermano made a huge save. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Atletico Chusca! The referee gave Herta Budino a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Davide Rinaldi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate. 1-1. Davide Rinaldi struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Serafin Eate didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herta Budino. In the 99th minute, Virgílio Furtado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafin Eate was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Herta Budino's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
