A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Miroslav Valchář with David Kunovský as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 17 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de América's goal looked a bit too open when David Kunovský came free, but Marcos Ranolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kraig Fred's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radislav Hošťálek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Froghino's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Szymon Pilitowski was slow to take the kick. During this time Estudiantes de América's players had a chance to rest. In the 29th minute Froghino were awarded a corner. Dalmu Coello went to the cornerflag to take it. Dalmu Coello made a great header on Froghino's corner, it was just that Estudiantes de América's Marcos Ranolfo managed to reach the ball for a save. Kraig Fred struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Radislav Hošťálek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estudiantes de América. A collision led to Estudiantes de América getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Kert Roolaid hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Raposo in the 36th minute of play forced Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper Marcos Ranolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kraig Fred's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radislav Hošťálek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Radislav Hošťálek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kraig Fred in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Kraig Fred made a precise shot to the right of Radislav Hošťálek. Froghino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Froghino's Jaromír Ambroz was substituted for Radek Jílek. Marcos Ranolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Raposo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Froghino's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dalmu Coello in the 53rd minute. Orlando Beltza dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Froghino's goalkeeper Radislav Hošťálek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st minute Concetto Trasatti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radislav Hošťálek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Froghino made a substitution. Vojtěch Holásek replaced Vítor Raposo. After 78 minutes Estudiantes de América's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dalmu Coello who took care of the corner kick. David Kunovský was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Froghino's Radislav Hošťálek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Froghino from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Froghino's Jaromír Ambroz got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Radislav Hošťálek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Beltza in the 83rd minute. Radislav Hošťálek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Trasatti in the 85th minute of play. With a little luck, Froghino's Radislav Hošťálek got control of the ball when Orlando Beltza tried to sneak it across the goal line.
