Ramiro Funes-Mori's late challenge caught a Didi Fútbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramiro Funes-Mori helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute, Oscar Natos made a precise shot to the right of Breno Bastos. Scotland 1873's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Oscar Natos hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute Israel Jerico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 15 in the game by Xizavier Salero from a close distance when the talented Breno Bastos managed to make a qualified save. Scotland 1873's players were relieved. Xizavier Salero had several of the Scotland 1873's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Breno Bastos as he didn't even see the shot coming. 20 minutes into the match, Didi Fútbol Club's Oscar Natos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Breno Bastos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 22 minutes Didi Fútbol Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leonel Gonzo who took care of the corner kick. Scotland 1873's Leonel Gonzo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sergio Romero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 27 played minutes Didi Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Diaz. Sergio Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Leocadio in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Joel Abeloos notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos. Breno Bastos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Didi Fútbol Club's Joel Abeloos got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute of the match, Joel Abeloos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Breno Bastos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Abeloos got free with Breno Bastos in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miguel Diaz hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Didi Fútbol Club made a substitution. Mihăiţă Afloarei replaced Xizavier Salero. A collision led to Didi Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gürsel Yalgın hit a great ball. Sergio Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermegildo Leocadio, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Natos was the one to do the kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 52 minutes into the game, when Cipriano Lorencio put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Scotland 1873:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Didi Fútbol Club:s goal. Didi Fútbol Club were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Scotland 1873's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jairo Borizar took the corner. Jairo Borizar made a great header on Didi Fútbol Club's corner, it was just that Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos managed to reach the ball for a save. Ermegildo Leocadio kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihăiţă Afloarei in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Breno Bastos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 60 in the game by Israel Jerico from a close distance when the talented Sergio Romero managed to make a qualified save. Didi Fútbol Club's players were relieved. Mihăiţă Afloarei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, Joel Abeloos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Breno Bastos. Scotland 1873's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Abeloos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When Didi Fútbol Club's Mihăiţă Afloarei in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scotland 1873's goalie prevented a goal. Sergio Romero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Israel Jerico in the 72nd minute. Breno Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Natos in the 77th minute of the match. Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihăiţă Afloarei in the 80th minute of play. The Didi Fútbol Club fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Didi Fútbol Club's Mihăiţă Afloarei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Didi Fútbol Club made a substitution. Hernan Arriaga replaced Miguel Diaz. 85 minutes into the match, Scotland 1873's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Natos came free, but Breno Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, Didi Fútbol Club's Joel Abeloos made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Breno Bastos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Didi Fútbol Club's Dani Bernaldez was substituted for Oscar Natos. 96 minutes into the match, Scotland 1873's goal looked a bit too open when Mihăiţă Afloarei came free, but Breno Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihăiţă Afloarei in the 96th minute of play forced Scotland 1873's goalkeeper Breno Bastos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
