Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Augusto Gines ran back to his position shaking his head. Matt Doughty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bai Liang Kun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Otávio Quintal fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BLACK BULL's protests and gave Otávio Quintal a yellow card for diving instead. Otávio Quintal kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Afonso Veloso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BLACK BULL and the Bangladesh players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, BLACK BULL's Afonso Veloso got a free kick in the 10th minute. Mickey Beckwith, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in BLACK BULL's zone, Kirk Godfrey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Gaúcho came out of the goal and Kirk Godfrey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trevor Gould hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Matt Doughty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando Martini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Gaúcho made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Trevor Gould sent off a good shot on target. Matt Doughty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nick Nick in the 25th minute of play. Matt Doughty didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nick Nick went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Vicente Gaúcho was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Kirk Godfrey capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kirk Godfrey really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. 42 minutes into the match, Trevor Gould had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Gaúcho. BLACK BULL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Trevor Gould was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. BLACK BULL's Augusto Gines got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kirk Godfrey made a kick off. Nick Nick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trevor Gould in the 57th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Bangladesh's goalkeeper Matt Doughty had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Gines. After 62 played minutes BLACK BULL got a freekick which was hit by Nick Nick. In the 64th minute, Nick Nick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 minutes, Arí Figueiredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BLACK BULL and the Bangladesh players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, BLACK BULL's Arí Figueiredo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute, Bai Liang Kun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BLACK BULL's Vicente Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirk Godfrey in the 82nd minute of play. Iuri Maranhense's late challenge caught a Bangladesh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iuri Maranhense helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Iuri Maranhense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mickey Beckwith in the 85th minute of play forced BLACK BULL's goalkeeper Vicente Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arí Figueiredo got free with Matt Doughty in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute Bai Liang Kun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Doughty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nick Nick in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matt Doughty saved Bangladesh from getting behind. Bangladesh's Matt Doughty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nando Martini in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Bangladesh getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Josh Lewington hit a great ball. Nando Martini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matt Doughty having to make a save. Bangladesh were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of BLACK BULL for a fine match.
