Genílson Leme started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Bareiro in the 4th minute of play forced Athletis PR's goalkeeper Wiliam Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Athletis PR's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Perico came free, but Wiliam Prado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wiliam Prado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Bareiro in the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Fernandez in the 8th minute of play forced Internet XAire's goalkeeper Feliks Osowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Ceandro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Athletis PR's Wiliam Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Perico in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Athletis PR's Silvério Fernandez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goal looked a bit too open when Silvério Fernandez came free, but Feliks Osowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Athletis PR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco de Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Feliks Osowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvério Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Internet XAire's Guido Pietro got a free kick in the 19th minute. Feliks Osowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genílson Leme in the 24th minute. Wiliam Prado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Bareiro in the 38th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Victorio Perico notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Athletis PR's Wiliam Prado. Wiliam Prado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Bareiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Internet XAire got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Fernendo. If Silvério Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adam Bareiro during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Internet XAire's Adam Bareiro got a free kick in the 55th minute. Genílson Leme might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliks Osowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Genílson Leme ran back to his position shaking his head. 61 minutes into the game, Genílson Leme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Feliks Osowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Athletis PR's Wiliam Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Bareiro in the 65th minute of play. Athletis PR's Stig-Ove Alebeck was substituted for Silvério Fernandez. Athletis PR's Breno Marquez was substituted for Nafarroa Hormeño. Internet XAire's Tobias Lidon was substituted for Baltasar Cadelo. Nestor Garaile hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Vargas came free, but Feliks Osowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Zanette hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, Kiko Leão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Athletis PR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Internet XAire the free kick. In the 95th minute, Kiko Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Athletis PR had won after a very even match.
