Implant de Ego ™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavius Gligan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Natanael Maranhense charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natanael Maranhense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to S.C. Reis United getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Natanael Maranhense hit a great ball. Betão de Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florin Feroiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafa Mello in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dumitru Spiru in the 34th minute of play forced S.C. Reis United's goalkeeper João Paulo Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in S.C. Reis United's zone, Flavius Gligan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal and Flavius Gligan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to S.C. Reis United getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Hermínio Reis hit a great ball. Ivan Ghiorman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Paulo Urbano. S.C. Reis United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 39 minutes, Hermínio Reis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.C. Reis United and the Implant de Ego ™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hermínio Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in S.C. Reis United's zone, Dumitru Spiru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal and Dumitru Spiru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the game, Elói Koehler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Florin Feroiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

João Paulo Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dumitru Spiru in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Rafa Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Feroiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes, Reynaldo Siqueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.C. Reis United and the Implant de Ego ™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Reynaldo Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, S.C. Reis United's goal looked a bit too open when Iacob Florea came free, but João Paulo Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Implant de Ego ™'s Manole Lazăr to a score. 2-2 in the 66th minute. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Iacob Florea sped through S.C. Reis United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Paulo Urbano. Florin Feroiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafa Mello in the 72nd minute of the match. Dumitru Spiru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but João Paulo Urbano made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafa Mello in the 78th minute of play forced Implant de Ego ™'s goalkeeper Florin Feroiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th match minute, Implant de Ego ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manole Lazăr to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano got control of the ball when Flavius Gligan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Implant de Ego ™'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivan Ghiorman in the 84th minute. João Paulo Urbano was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Dumitru Spiru capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dumitru Spiru really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. After 90 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Rafa Mello. After 92 minutes of play, Implant de Ego ™'s Dumitru Spiru made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Paulo Urbano was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Paulo Urbano made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Dumitru Spiru sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Guimarães hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Florea in the 99th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Implant de Ego ™ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
