In the 5th minute, Gust Mathijs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Jaime Senin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Mees in the 8th minute of play. Jaime Senin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Mees in the 10th minute of play. Jaime Senin made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ulises Ugaitz sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Mees got free with Jaime Senin in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute Frank Mees shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Senin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilian Baptista hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after FC Henter Somosd's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paata Gagnidze took the corner. Efrain Incendio scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Leão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jaime Senin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bart van Goetsenhoven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Efrain Incendio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Leão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. If Efrain Incendio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paulo Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Incendio, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Aurelio Cebrian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Henter Somosd's zone, Efrain Incendio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Leão came out of the goal and Efrain Incendio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Henter Somosd's Paulo Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Incendio in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Mees made a kick off. After 55 played minutes FC Henter Somosd got a freekick which was hit by Bart van Goetsenhoven. Paulo Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Incendio in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, FC Henter Somosd's goalkeeper Paulo Leão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Efrain Incendio. Frank Mees dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Frank Mees took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Senin. Jaime Senin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Luis Rius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Paulo Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Rius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
