Spectators: 471 (Terracing: 354, Seating: 108, VIP seats: 9) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mazhar Ismail kicked off to start the match. In the 10th minute 洪康森 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalil Besheer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khalil Besheer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 郝博寒, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 梅光海 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdel Wahab Fadel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mazhar Ismail recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Bolton Wanderers's Mazhar Ismail nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 梅光海 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 梅光海 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazhar Ismail in the 28th minute of play. If 郝博寒 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Ibrahim Emam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 梅光海 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 郝博寒 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khalil Besheer having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Bolton Wanderers's Abdel Wahab Fadel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 梅光海. 梅光海 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 郝博寒 made a kick off. Ezz Deyaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 于轩钢 in the 56th minute of play forced Bolton Wanderers's goalkeeper Khalil Besheer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mazhar Ismail sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If 郝博寒 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 66 minutes into the game, 于轩钢 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Khalil Besheer. 于轩钢 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. During the 69th minute of the match 傅梁渊 completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave 傅梁渊 a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 傅梁渊 hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bolton Wanderers's zone, 于轩钢 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khalil Besheer came out of the goal and 于轩钢 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hellas Verona's goalkeeper 梅光海, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 梅光海 came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Bolton Wanderers's Abdel Wahab Fadel. But to his dismay, Abdel Wahab Fadel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 肖钢超 struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Khalil Besheer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hellas Verona. 79 minutes into the match, 肖钢超 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Khalil Besheer, 4-2. If 洪康森 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hellas Verona's 于轩钢 was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 87th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 90th minute, 洪康森 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 梅光海 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdel Wahab Fadel in the 91st minute of play. 梅光海 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Saad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Bolton Wanderers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
